Shed Build with Groundworks & Timber Base
For this project, I replaced an old garage with a brand-new shed. The ground had to be levelled first, then I built solid piers using concrete blocks set on a base of type 1 aggregate. These piers support a treated timber base, giving the shed a strong, durable foundation that will last for years. It’s a great example of how proper groundworks and carpentry come together to make even a simple shed rock-solid.
Kitchen & Bathroom Refresh
This home got a complete kitchen and bathroom transformation. In the kitchen, I painted the walls and pantry doors, swapped the old sink for a modern stainless steel one with a new tap. I made good the boiler fitting to the wall, retiled, and repainted the area so everything blends seamlessly.
In the bathroom, I levelled the floor and covered it with new flooring, replaced the shower screen, added a new base, and regrouted throughout. I also fitted a new water tap, installed fresh bathroom accessories, and added a brand-new towel rail. These little touches brought the room together, leaving it polished, practical, and ready to use.

Dollhouse Restoration
This wasn’t just any project, it was Vicky’s childhood dollhouse, a family treasure gifted to her by her dad when she was 2½. Over the years it had been passed through siblings and cousins, so the goal was a sensitive restoration that kept the original wallpapers while giving it new life. I replaced the door, added fully switchable lights in each room, recarpeted, and decorated inside and out. The result is a miniature home that feels fresh, functional, and full of family memories.
Harry Potter Mural Magic
Sometimes a wall deserves more than just paint. For this project, I created a full Harry Potter mural, complete with Hogwarts, the Forbidden Forest, and even Dobby. It turned a plain space into something magical and personal, proof that property work doesn’t always have to be serious. A touch of creativity can make a house feel truly unique.
