Meet Giles
Founder and Director Giles Tennick is the heart of Monoceros Properties. An ex-Army Captain in REME, he served in the UK, Germany, Bosnia, and Iraq before turning his attention to property development. A fully trained plumber, site manager, and all-round man of all trades, Giles has built a reputation for delivering projects with skill, humour, and uncompromising standards.
Meet Vicky
Victoria Cordell, Financial Director, is the engine room of Monoceros. With her financial expertise and sharp decision-making, she ensures every project is future-proofed, budget-conscious, and robust. While Giles builds, Victoria keeps the business solid and sustainable.
