Beyond Building,
Giving Back
Why it matters
At Monoceros Properties, mundus mirus molior “Building a better world” means more than bricks and mortar. For Giles, giving back is personal. Supporting charities and communities isn’t a sideline; it’s at the heart of who he is. And with Vicky cheering him on every step, these projects bring balance, purpose, and a sense of connection that truly matter.
Miles for Martin (SSNAP)
26 runners, 26 miles, and a washing machine carried the whole way. This event honoured Martin Realey’s memory and raised vital funds for SSNAP (Support for the Sick Newborn and their Parents). For Giles, it was about strength, solidarity, and doing something meaningful with friends and family.
Supporting Veterans with Combat Stress
A 10-mile march with 45kg on Giles’s back, tough, yes, but nothing compared to the mental load many veterans face daily. This challenge raised awareness and funds for Combat Stress, supporting the mental health of those who’ve served.

Giles and Vicky believe building better lives goes beyond bricks. Their charity efforts are deeply personal, grounded in compassion, memory, and the desire to use their platform for good. Below are the two causes closest to their hearts.
Combat Stress
Veterans’ Mental Health Support
Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity specialising in mental health support for veterans. They offer treatment, therapy, peer support, and a 24-hour helpline to help veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related issues.
For Giles, this cause hits close to home, having seen friends suffer in silence, he fights to bring awareness, support, and hope to those who served. Vicky stands by him every step of the way.
SSNAP
Support for Sick Newborns & Their Parents
SSNAP works tirelessly to support premature and sick babies and the families caring for them. From funding vital equipment and staff, to providing emotional support and peer groups, SSNAP is a lifeline for families facing overwhelming challenges.
Giles’s involvement is a tribute to family, love, and the hope that every tiny life deserves the best possible start.
